The regular meeting of the East Wenatchee City Council was called I
to order by Mayor Forrest Lannoye. Present were Councilmen Doug
Hanna, Darrell McNeill, Cliff Tvedten, Ed Rich; Attorney John
Carlson and Clerk Dorotha McGee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
The bills were presented to the Council as follows:

Mayor Lannoye informed the Council that Mrs. Jack Brown will maintain
the park area on llth & Baker after the City plants it.
Mayor Lannoye requested that Doug Hanna check the street light behind
the Peter Rabbit Store regarding ownership of said light.
Mayor Lannoye presented a request for an Approaching Stop Sign, sign
requested by a local citizen. No action was taken.
Mayor Lannoye, Councilmen and City Attorney discussed the recent
U.A.B. Audit on the Baker Street project. Also discussed was the
action taken by the U.A.B. with regards to the amount due to the
City from Munson -Nash -Futrell on the Main Street project. Said
amount was charged for Engineering on Main St. by the Engineering
Firm and not substaniated by baf their records. The U.A.B. has ruled
the City must repay this amount to the U.A.B. In conclusion, the
Council members requested that John Carlson file an appeal with the
Department of Highways and a Law suit against Munson -lash -Futrell
for recovery of said funds.
Doug Hanna moved that the meeting be adjourned; seconded by Cliff
Tvedten and passed unanimously.
