Present were Councilmen Ray Duncan, Darrell McNeill, Doug Hanna, Ed Rich, Cliff Tvedten; ' Attorney John Carlson and Clerk Dorotha McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. Doug Hanna reported that he will have the street light removed at the end of Ashland street. Herb Olive reported that cars at the car lot at Rock Island Road and Grant are parked on the right-of-way. He also stated that 2 hearings have been scheduled by the Board of Ajustment at the request of Wanda Martin. One application is regarding her request to establish a Real Estate office on French Street; second application is in regards to her request to build 4 - four plexes on Baker St. Both applications require a public hearing; said hearings set for September 12, 1974 at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall, Darrell McNeill moved that the meeting be adjourned; seconded by Cliff Tvedten and passed by a unanimous vote. /��.A✓ Ill � J�[..C_ er
