The regular meeting of the East Wenatchee City Council was called
to order by Mayor Forrest Lannoye. Present were Councilmen Ray
Duncan, Darrell McNeill, Ed Rich, Doug Hanna, John Willeford;
Attorney Neil Fuller and Clerk Dorotha McGee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
The bills were presented to the Council as follows:

Ray Duncan moved that the bills be paid; motion seconded by Ed Rich
and passed by a unanimous vote.
Charles Walker reported that Michael Caling made a complaint that
the windshield of his car had been broken by a city snow plow. a
discussion was held aegarding this matter and Charles Walker is to
report to the insurance co.
One bid was received for the snow plow blade. Lyle Gault submitted
a bid in bhe amount of $179.00. After a discussion, Ray Duncan
' made a motion to reject the bid. motion seconded by Darrell McNeill
a nd passed unanimously.
Mayor Lannoye presented the final budget for 1976 for a public
hearing. Darrell McNeill moved to approve and adopt the budget as
presented; seconded by Ed Rich and passed unanimously.
