Present were Councilmen Ray Duncan, Ed Rich, Darrell McNeill, John Willeford, Doug Hanna; Attorneys John Carlson and Neil Fuller and Clerk Dorotha McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. After a discussion, the City Council decided that the City would pay one/half of John Carlson's expenses to attend the Attorneys conference. For preparation of the salary schedule for 1976 the Clerk was instructed to deduct 7.50 per month from salaries bf Charles Walker and Robert Kinkade and increase the salary of Dennis Mengelos by 15.00 per month. The Mayor reported that the City has a snow plow blade that is not needed by the City. After a discussion, the Council members decided to sell the blade. Doug Hanna moved that the City offer said blade for sale, by sealed bid, and publish in the miscellaneous for sale column of the Wenatchee World, and reserve the right to reject any or all bids; motion seconded by Ed Rich and passed unanimously. Bids to be opened at the December 1, 1975 meeting.
