Present were Councilmen Darrell ' McNeill, Ed Rich, Ray Duncan; Attorney John Carlson and Clerk Dorotha McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. The bills were presented to the Council Current Expense warrants nos. 6178 - Clerk, East Wenatchee Post Office Law Enforce. Equip. Co. Radio Shack Wenatchee Police Department Charles K. Walker Dennis A. Mengelos Dorotha McGee Harold G. Kirby Robert A. Kinkade Graphic Printing, Inc. Law Enforcement Retire, System Washington Physicians Service Security Bank of Washington East Valley News Herbert J. Olive(for posting only John C. A claim by Jack Avey against the City has been filed with the City Clerk. Darrell McNeill moved that John Carlson refer said claim to the Insurance Co.; motion seconded by Ray Duncan and passed by a unanimous vote. ' Mr. Dave White presented a petition for annexation to the Mayor a nd Council; Petitioner stated that said petition contained signatures of owners of property with a 75-85% of assessed valua- tion.
