The regular meeting of the East Wenatchee City Council was called
' to order by Mayor Forrest Lannoye. Present were Councilmen Doug
Hanna, Darrell I"cNeill, Ray Duncan, Ed Rich; Attorney John Carlson
and Clerk Dorotha McGee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
The bills were presented to the Council as follows:

Doug Hanna moved that the bills be paid; seconded by Ed Rich and
passed by a unanimous vote.
The bids on the Rock Island Road improvement project were opened
by Mayor Lannoye. Bids were as follows.. S. & D. Paving Co,inc.
$5,900.00 plus sales tax; bid bond included; Morrill Asphalt
Paving Co., Inc. $7,332.00 plus sales tax, bid bond included.
' Engineers estimate was 77,000.00 plus sales tax. Ray Duncan
moved to accept the bid of S. & D. Paving Co. in the amount of
$5,900.00 plus sales tax; seconded by Ed Rich and *pssed by a
unanimous vote.
