Present were Councilmen Ed Rich, Ray Duncan, Darrell McNeill; Attorney Neil Fuller and Clerk Dorotha McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. Ray Duncan Darrell McNeill reported that the valve on the park water line had frozen and needed to be replaced; He also stated that he did not think it advisable to use Cistox spray in the park. Councilman McNeill told those present that the streets had been swept and washed. Ed Rich stated that he feels an engineer should stake the right-of- way on Sim6n Street as an aid to contractors who may be interested in submitting a cost estimate to the City. Hie also reported that Don West has submitted an estimate of $1,200.00 for engineering on the signal light.
