The only committee report came from Hartley Beeler who said there were three street lights out on Main Street and he would check with P.U.D. on this. There was some discussion about the signal light at 6th and Main. There seems to be little progress being made on this light by Knobel Electric. Mayor Forrest Lannoye asked Bob Barr if it would be possible for them to suggest to the public that they go up Ninth Street to French Street to enter the Mall as there seems to be a lot of heavy traffic at this time on Sixth and Main. Mr. Barr thought this would be a good idea and said he would try to get some- thing in the paper. 'Fixing of the Final Budget was discussed and the Final Budget will be presented for adoption at the Dec. 18th meeting. There will be a few changes made from the Preliminary Budget due to some under estimated expenditures. There was a motion by Evan Sperline to use Federal Shared Revenue Fund monies for construction. Will be used for street lights, road repair work, or storm drains. Seconded by Ed Rich and passed unanimously.
