Roy Freeman advised the Council that the extra $44.28 was for 5 gallons of paint not included in the quote so the restrooms in the park could be painted. Motion was made by Hartley Beeler to pay all bills, seconded by Darrell McNeill ' and passed unanimously. Ray Duncan stated the truck for the Street Department is in. The bed is being put on, delivery to the City should be approximately 3 to 4 weeks. The Council asked Mayor Lannoye if he would try to negotiate with P.U.D. concerning a street light at llth and Cedar Lane. The light will be turned out if the City does not put it on their system. The present light is on the County side and if P.U.D. would move the light to the pole across the street the City would consider keeping it in operation as it is a much needed light for the area. There was some discussion concerning the suit between Knobel Electric and the City. Attorney Neil Fuller said there was still room to argue so asked that it be put back on the agenda. ' Annexation on the East Wenatchee side of the bridge was again discussed. Attorney Fuller said he would look into the possibilities of getting it into the City. aoA'eW ,vzr •A'LsnowLueun passed pue 4oLb P3 kq papuooas 'pauanofpe aq 6UL499w a4l ' ;e4; UOL40W a apew aaLaDO SaLIaeH `SSauLsnq aa4lanj ou 6ULaq aaa41 'XLsnowLueun passed Pup LLLalloW LLaaaeO Rq papuooas 'ueoun0 S'ed Rq apew sem UOL40W s4L;auaq snLd Ano4 Aad 06•Z 3e sR'ep JLe4 6ULIaom M m 94S •gdaS 4o 43uow a44 ao; LLoaf'ed R44 3 943 uo IaaLO ganoo 4UP4SLsse a4; 4nd 04 LLounoo a4; Rq uanL6 sem UOL4eZLaoglnV •LLounoo a44 jo ;sanbaa a44 4e aajjew a44 04UL jooL pLnom aq pLes akOuueq JOJ'PW •saLO140n aOLLod 6ULnLonuL SUOL3e4L0 pue saLOL4an XjLo uo aoueanSUL aLgL4Dnpap 6uLuaaOUOO UOLssnosLp awns sem aaa41 •paeo8 ODLnaaS LLnLO a44 of aano saLae40 JO 4uaW4ULodde a44 pa4daooe LLounoo a4l -XLsnowLueun passed pup ueOuno k'ea kq papuooas '40La P3 Xq apew sem UOL40W •S4aaajs ' 410q aO3 08'LZZ'Z£ do Le403 a ao} 'PUEN SV 0£'39L`8L 'aOeaaal AogaV 09'690'bL ao; spLq pa441wgns 4Le4dsV LLLaaoW •s4aaa4s 43oq ao} 00'8LZ'63 do Le403 a aO; 00'899'9L PUeL4sV - 00'099'EL 'aoeaaal aogaV •s4aaa4s 44L3 omq ;o 6uLoe;ansaa ao3 6uLned 'o ' 's jo spLq mOL 94; 4daooe 03 LLounoo a44 4q uanL6 sem UOL4ezLao4lnV BILLS SUBMITTED FOR PAYMENT SEPT. 5, 1979 CURRENT EXPENSE 1.
