This is a dedicated alley but has never been maintained by the City. The Council has agreed to a survey of this alley to allow property owners access to their back property. The Council gave authority to the Mayor to look into the matter to the best interests of all of the property owners involved. The alley is also necessary to be kept open for utility purposes.
