Neil Fuller and City Clerk, Peggy McArthur.
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as presented. Motion

There was some discussion about snow removal on City sidewalks.
It is the responsibility of the property owners in the Commercial

alternate parking on Baker street so the street can be plowed.efficiently.
The street department was given permission to purchase more salt and
an air hose. Roy Freeman was also given permission to purchase
new tires, a valve and minor parts for the stripping machine.
The Council decided not to take a door to door Census in 1979 as a
Federal Census will be taken in early 1980.
Councilmen, Ray Duncan and Ed Rich will draw up specifications for a
new single axel dump truck and perhaps have them ready by the next
' regular meeting so that the City call call for bids at that time.
Roy Duncan and Ed Rich said they would look into the possible of
a used tractor/mower.
