(This meeting was recorded and will be retained at City Hall for a period of six years from the date of the meeting.) Councilmembers Present: Councilmember McArthur, Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember Collings, Councilmember Cassel and Councilmember McKee, Mayor McGraw. Staff Present: Gini Oestreich, Charles Zimmerman, John Flinner, Bob Goodman, Nick Wiltz, Nancy Lynn, Randy Harrison, Bob Dahmer, Chet Virnig, Renee Ainardi. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: Regular Session, November 5, 1990. ' Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Hendricks, second by Councilmember Cassel to approve the minutes as read. The motion carried, 5-0. CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing which has been made available to Council. As of this date, November 19, 1990, the Council does approve for payment voucher numbers 11177 through 11211, and voucher numbers 3175 through 3183 in the amount of $98,482.29. There were no payroll vouchers. Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember McKee, second by Councilmember Cassel to approve the bills as presented subject to proper audit. The motion carried, 5-0. He added the Washington State Department of Transportation would be available for the Public Transportation Benefit Area's assistance by December 13, 1990. Councilmember Cassel asked Council if the draft letter to different entities interested in sharing a governmental complex had been reviewed by Council, and if so, it would be mailed to them and printed in the newsletter. The Council agreed. MAYOR'S REPORT Mayor McGraw said he was chairing the Transportation Study. The study group transportation problems in the area. The city share in the funding of the study.
