MAYOR'S REPORT
Mayor McGraw asked Council to consider a first and second reading
of an ordinance instead of passing an ordinance the first time it
was presented. This would give Council more time to review it.
Mayor McGraw added this would not prevent passing an ordinance on
the first night if it needed to be done due to timeliness.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Hendricks,
second by Councilmember Cassel to approve the resolution allowing
for first and second readings of an ordinance. The motion
carried, 5-0.
