HomeMy WebLinkAbout2/4/1991 - City Council - City Council Meeting MinutesCITY OF EAST WENATCHEE, WASHINGTON REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONVENED MAYOR RICHARD MCGRAW PRESIDING FEBRUARY 4, 1991 6:30 P.M. (This meeting was recorded and will be retained at City Hall for a period of six years from the date of the meeting.) Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember Collings and Councilmember McKee, Councilmember McArthur, Councilmember Cassel, Mayor McGraw. Staff Present: Gini Oestreich, Charles Zimmerman, Bob Goodman, John Flinner, Nick Wiltz, Bruce Nash. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: Regular Session, January 22, 1991. Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Hendricks, ' second by Councilmember McKee to approve the minutes as read. The motion carried, 5-0. CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing which has been made available to Council. As of this date, February 4, 1991, the Council does approve for payment voucher numbers 11374 through 11411, and voucher numbers 3195 and 3226 through 3232 in the amount of $86,075.20. Council does approve payroll voucher numbers 10248 through 10287 for the month of January, 1991 in the amount of $51,828.32 Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember McKee, second by Councilmember McArthur to approve the bills as submitted subject to proper audit. The motion carried, 5-0.
