Present: Councilmember Arnold and Councilmember Hepner
Staff Present: Mayor Crawford, Finance Director Josh DeLay and City Clerk Laura Leon.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Councilmember Arnold called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m.
2. DRAFT 2026 DEPARTMENT BUDGET PRESENTATIONS
Finance Director Josh DeLay and City Clerk Laura Leon presented her 2026 draft budget for their
respective departments.
Comments by all Councilmembers present.
3. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:41 p.m.
