Agreement
between
City of East Wenatchee
and
501 Consultants, Inc.
This agreement is between the City of East Wenatchee (herein, CLIENT) and 501 Consultants, Inc.
(herein, 501) for consulting services.
1) Services Provided: 501 will assist CLIENT through facilitation of initial steps in a strategic
planning process as outlined in the February Proposal for service.
2) Deliverables Provided: 501 will deliver:
a. Facilitation of one work session on March 7, 2019 of up to two hours in length for
the City Council and Mayor;
b. Facilitation of one work session on March 15, 2019 of up to five hours in length for
the City Council, Mayor, and key City department staff as identified by the
Council/Mayor;
c. And, pending outcomes of the March 7, 2019 work session, an outline of a strategic
plan and a summary of next steps for continued advance of the strategic planning
process
3) Project Schedule: 501 will begin work on February 25, 2019 with an approximate completion
date on or before March 29, 2019. This timeline is presented as a guideline.
4) Provision of Information: CLIENT agrees to meeting with 501, and to providing 501 with
information vital to the Project in a timely manner within the project schedule and as requested.
5) Delivery of Documentation: 501 will provide content, as necessary, in a timely manner for
review, discussion, revisions (as needed), and approval to coincide with schedules. For
expediency, content may be delivered via email for the approval process.
6) Billing/ Payment:
• CLIENT agrees to authorize payment for said services in an amount not to exceed
$7,500 (seven thousand five hundred dollars) within 30 days of receipt of
deliverables.
0 Fee will be billed following delivery of deliverables.
7) Invoicing / Payment: Invoice will be delivered via MAIL. Payment is due within 30 days of
receipt. Checks will be payable to: 501 Consultants, Inc. and mailed to POB 745, Cashmere, WA
98815.
8) Copyright of Material: All content remains the copyright material of the creator or 501
indefinitely, and is protected by international copyright laws. CLIENT is free to use the content
indefinitely, once payment has been made in full for the above -mentioned services.
9) Rights and Releases of Copyright Material: All content provided by CLIENT must be free of
copyright restrictions. Ownership of material will remain with CLIENT.
10) Additional Services: Additional services or deliverables requested of 501 for the completion
of the Project beyond the scope of those described above will require a new agreement or
addendum.
