Nick Wiltz stated that the Fifes' are parking vehicles on their property located at 1115 North Alvin Court and he will be sending them a notice that they are not in compliance with City Code. Randy also advised the Council that two new first class reserve officers have been certified and are ready to assist the police department. The Council asked Councilman McKee to contact some engineering firms to assist the City with what is available and what is needed and come back with a cost estimate of such a study. At that point Tery said, the City can then enter into local agreements with Douglas County and other entities to share in the cost of a study.
