Consent Items: a. Community Minimum Revenue Guarantee Fund -- Chelan-Douglas Regional Port Authority. Vouchers: b. Date: 07-05-2023, Checks: 58758-58803, in the amount of $476,876.32. Minutes: c. 06-15-20323 Council Meeting Minutes. d. 06-20-2023 City Council Meeting Minutes. Motion by City Council to approve agenda, vouchers, and minutes from previous meetings. 2. Citizen Requests/Comments. The Citizen Comments” period is to provide the opportunity for members of the public to address the Council. The Mayor will ask if there are any citizens wishing to address the Council. When recognized, please step up to the microphone, give your name and mailing address, and state the matter of your interest. Citizen comments will be limited to three minutes. 3. Action Items. a. Resolution 2023-40, Interlocal Agreement with Douglas County for a joint application to the Safe Streets for All grant application. – Garren Melton, Public Works Manager. Motion by City Council to approve Resolution 2023-40, authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Douglas County for a joint application the Safe Streets for All grant program.
