ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember
Nash, Councilmember McArthur, Councilmember Mikow, Mayor
Collings. Councilmember Lacy excused as absent.
Staff Present: Virginia Oestreich, John Flinner.
BID RECOMMENDATIONS
Eleventh Street Alignment
Bob Dahmer, Forsgren and Associates, City contracted engineer,
said three bids had been received:
Selland Construction $ 104,031.00
Basin Asphalt Paving 125,077.50
Morrill Asphalt Paving 80,029.00
Mr. Dahmer recommended awarding the bid to the low bidder,
Morrill Asphalt Paving.
Council Actions A motion was made by Councilmember McArthur,
second by Councilmember Hendricks to award the bid for the
Eleventh St. NE and Eastmont alignment project to Morrill Asphalt
Paving in the amount of $80,029.00. The motion carried 4-0.
