(This meeting was recorded and will be retained at City Hall for a period of six years from the date of the meeting.) ROLL CALL Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember McArthur, Councilmember Lacy, Councilmember Mikow, Councilmember Nash, Mayor Collings. Staff Present: Virginia Oestreich, Bob Goodman, Stuart Campbell, Dana Barnard, Bruce Nash, Chuck Zimmerman. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CONSENT CALENDAR ' Mayor Collings said there was a correction to the minutes on page three. The Boundary Review meeting was scheduled for October 14, 1994, not October 9, 1994 as stated. Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Hendricks, second by Councilmember Nash to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, with the correction of the Boundary Review Board meeting. The motion carried unanimously, 5-0. 1. Consideration of Minutes - Regular Session, September 6, 1994 2. Consideration of Bills Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing which has been made available to Council. As of this date, September 19, 1994, payment voucher numbers 3995 through 4051 in the amount of $289,593.53, are submitted to Council for approval. Warrant number 3994 was voided. She said the city could be involved in ten different categories. COUNCIL REPORTS AND UPDATES Councilmember Lacy gave a report on the Link and the TransLink Board Meeting. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Potential Litigation Mayor Collings called a ten minute executive session regarding potential litigation.
