REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONVENED
MAYOR DAWN COLLINGS PRESIDING
APRIL 7, 1997 6:30 P.M.

meeting.)
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Nash, Councilmember Mikow, Councilmember Carson,
Councilmember Aiken, Councilmember Frack, and Mayor Collings. Councilmember Lacy and
Councilmember Hendricks excused.
Staff Present: Virginia Oestreich.
MAYORS REPORT
Mayor Collings mentioned the North Central Washington Museum schedule for April and May.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Council Action: A motion made by Councilmember Frack, second by Councilmember Carson to
approve the consent calendar as presented with the minutes changed and as the following items were
' listed. The motion carried, 5-0.
1. Consideration of minutes - Regular Session, March 17, 1997
2. Consideration of Bills -
97-04-01 3. Cabaret License for 1997 for the Clearwater Saloon
Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense
reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing that has
been made available to Council.
As of this date, April 7, 1997, Council does approve warrant numbers 6992 through 7034 in the total
amount of $27,492.14. Warrant number 6995 was voided.
Clerk Oestreich said there would be no Finance Committee meeting in April, since she would be out of
town.
RESOLUTION
97-04-02 A resolution for East Wenatchee for the city's future regarding economic development
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Nash, second by Councilmember Carson to
approve the resolution as presented. The motion carried, 5-0,
