ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember Buckner, Councilmember
Bremmer, Councilmember DeWitt, Councilmember Nash, Councilmember Smet, Mayor Lacy.
Councilmember Aiken excused.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Smet, second by Councilmember Buckner to
excuse Councilmember Aiken from this Council meeting. The motion carried, 6-0.
Staff Present: Dana Barnard, Linda Countryman, Teresa Allen, Bob Goodman, Randy Harrison, Bruce
Nash, Christy Patterson.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
MAYOR'S REPORT
' Mayor Lacy said the new garbage collection contract with Waste Management would be coordinated with
Solid Waste to ensure consistency with the Solid Waste plan for the area.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Hendricks, second by Councilmember
Bremmer to approve the consent calendar as presented. The motion carried, 6-0.

2. Consideration of Bills —
Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense
reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing that has
been made available to Council.
As of this date, February 26, 2001, Council does approve warrant numbers 10830 through 10868 in the
total amount o $43 3 t o 34. Warrant number 10849 was voided.

Council do approve payroll numbers 18094 through 18170 and 210001, in the total amount of
$147,093.09, paid February 5, 2001, for the month of January 2001.
PUBLIC HEARING
01-02-01 A public hearing to receive comments from citizens regarding enhancements
' for a new garbage collection contract with Waste Management.
Mayor Lacy opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m.
Hearing no public comment, Mayor Lacy closed the public hearing at 6:36 p.m.
