(Lori Barnett, Community Development Director) Mayor Lacy opened the public hearing at 7:06 p.m., hearing no comments Mayor Lacy closed the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. 14-08-02 City Hall Sidewalk Consultant Selection. Presented by: Greg Pezoldt, Public Works Director/City Engineer Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Barnhart, second by Councilmember Collings, to authorize the Mayor to execute a Contract with Forsgren Associates not to exceed $9,500 for the design, construction inspection, and project administration for the City Hall Sidewalk Project. The motion carried, 6-0. RESOLUTION(S) 14-08-03 Resolution No. 2014-18 approving the 2014 Annual Financial Plan.
