City Attorney Devin Poulson distributed a proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement to Councilmembers, and said it will be presented at the next Council meeting for approval. MAYORSREPORT Mayor Pro Tern Detering noted that Mayor Lacy and himself will not be attending the next Council meeting held on June 24, 2014, and asked Council to select a Mayor Pro Tern for that meeting. Councilmember Buckner nominated Councimember Johnson, and Councilmember Johnson agreed. No objections were heard.
