He said all the bond holders have been paid in full, the Wenatchee Wild has signed a 10 year lease, Town Toyota has signed a 5 year agreement for naming rights, and Pepsi has signed a 5 year lease. He also reviewed past and present events of the TTC, and noted that in 2013 they started a scholarship program. Finance Director Nick Gerde distributed and reviewed the minutes from the February 19, 2014 Budget Committee meeting. Community Development Director Lori Barnett reported that the Douglas County Port District will be sponsoring an infrastructure Summit to briefly review Phase I of the North End or Odabashian Bridge Area Study. Presented by: Devin Poulson, City Attorney Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Detering, second by Councilmember Buckner, to approve Ordinance No. 2014-02 updating City Policy regarding the East Wenatchee Civil Service Commission, and amend Chapter 3.04 of the East Wenatchee Municipal Code including the text change in section 3.04.060 of the Ordinance. The motion carried, 7-0.
