She invited Mayor Lacy and Council to join them at these meetings which are held every Thursday at 12:00 p.m. at the Clearwater Steakhouse & Saloon. BUDGET REPORT Finance Director Nick Gerde distributed and reviewed the Financial Report for the month of October 2013. Mr. Gerde stated that an exit conference with the State Auditors was held on November 21, 2013, to discuss the results of their audit. He added that when the report is finalized he will share the outcome with Council. Presented by: Nick Gerde, Finance Director Mayor Pro Tempore Detering read the first reading of the Ordinance, followed by discussion. 13-11-08 First reading of an Ordinance of the City of East Wenatchee, Washington, fining and confirming the salaries and compensation to be paid to certain officials and employees of the City of East Wenatchee during the year 2014. Councilmember Buckner stated the North Central Washington Transportation Planning Organization did not have a meeting in October, and the minutes from the November meeting were not available at this time.
