Community Development Director Lori Barnett said the Planning Commission will be working on that later this year. Mr. McCants stated he was still proceeding forward with the process, and would continue to inquire for current status updates regarding this issue. Finance Director Nick Gerde stated there would be a Council Workshop regarding the 2014 Budget following the Council meeting this evening. The motion carried, 7-0. Resolution No.2013-20 A Resolution of the City of East Wenatchee, Washington, authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Public Defender Services. ACTION ITEM(S) 13-10-12 Approval of a Lease Agreement with Xerox for a Copy Machine (W7845PT Tandem) for the Police Department. Presented by: Randy Harrison, Police Chief Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Barnhart, second by Councilmember Buckner, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Lease Agreement with Xerox for a Copy Machine (W7845PT Tandem) for the Police Department. The motion carried, 7-0. 13-10-13 Grant Road Storm Pipe Rehabilitation — RH2 Consultant Agreement Supplement ' Presented by: Greg Pezoldt, City Engineer Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Johnson, second by Councilmember Raab, to approve the Grant Road Storm Pipe Rehabilitation — RH2 Consultant Agreement Supplement. The motion carried, 7-0. 13-11-04 Approval of a Professional Service Agreement with PACE Engineering for design services for a Stormwater Low Impact Development Retrofit Project. Presented by: Brandon Mauseth, Associate Engineer Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Johnson, second by Councilmember McCourt, for approval and authorization for the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with PACE Engineering for design services for a Stormwater Low Impact Development Retrofit Project, not to exceedceed $120, 772.00.
