He added they have a several bands, a comedian, Mission Street Players, and the Mission Improv lined up to perform at his establishment and he would like to see some work done down there. Community Development Director Lori Barnett said there have been discussions regarding the configuration of the parking, widening of the sidewalks, improvements to the connection to the loop trail to 9'h Street. She said the she has spoken with Washington State Department of Transportation about a visualization group that can take the designs submitted by Tom Vetter, Ecoplan & Design and show what they will look like at street level. She added it is very likely that we will get something physically done on that downtown project. Tim Finnigan, 341 N Georgia Ave, East Wenatchee, submitted a compliant signed by himself and his neighbors asking the City to prohibit overnight events within the city limits which do not comply with the city ordinance to protect city residents from disturbances. He stated that the Chelan/Douglas Relay for Life organizers and the Eastmont School District personnel have been contacted for the past two years in which city ordinances were discussed at length. Presented by Devin Poulson, City Attorney Mayor Pro tempore Johnson opened the public hearing at 7:13 p.m. Tim Sypowicz, Zayo Group LLC, said they provide Lit Fiber Services and Telecommunication Services for Companies, Government Buildings or Offices, and Businesses.
