BUDGET ISSUES
City Treasurer/Finance Director Nick Gerde said the next Budget Committee .meeting will be held at the
end of July. The next budget item will be a budget amendment, as actions taken this evening may require
additional amendments to the budget

Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Barnhart, second by Councilmember McCourt, to

JUNE 22, 2010
Events Coordinator Dawn Collings gave a PowerPoint presentation of the Sprint
Boat race held last weekend in St. John, Washington.
Denise Briggs, 3010 10`h Street NE, East Wenatchee, asked if RV Camping will be
available. She also asked if a Conditional Use Permit had been submitted.
Events Coordinator Dawn Collings said the plan does allow for RV Camping.
City Attorney Devin Poulson said the City will apply for a Special Events Permit
for the September 2010 race. The land owners will apply for a Conditional Use
permit after that time.
10-06-05 Property Lease Agreement between the City of East Wenatchee and Ryan and
Tennille Vickery.
Presented by City Attorney Devin Poulson.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Barnhart second by
Councilmember McCourt, to approve the Property Lease Agreement. The motion
carried, 4/2. (Bremmer, Hendricks)
10-06-09 Agreement with United States Sprint Boat Racing Association.
Presented by City Attorney Devin Poulson.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Barnhart, second by
Councilmember McCourt, to approve the licensing agreement. The motion carried,
4-2. (Bremmer/Hendricks)
Councilmember Johnson and Councilmember Hendricks were adjourned from the
meeting.
10-06-11 Settlement Agreement with Strider Construction.
Presented by City Attorney Devin Poulson.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Bremmer, second by
Councilmember Barnhart, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Settlement Agreement
on behalf of the City. The motion carried, 4-0.
10-06-10 Temporary Construction Permit Agreement — Canyon A.
Presented by Community Development Director Lori Barnett.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Bremmer, second by
Councilmember Barnhart, to authorize the Mayors signature on the Temporary
Construction Permit Agreement. The motion carried, 4-0.
