Motion by City Council to approve agenda, vouchers, and minutes from previous
meetings.

5. Action Items.
a. First reading of Ordinance 2022-23, amending chapter 8.20 of the East Wenatchee
Municipal Code changing the definition of dangerous building – Curtis Lillquist,
Community Development Director. Pg. 51
Request to suspend second reading.
Motion by the City Council to approve Ordinance 2022-23, amending chapter 8.20
of the East Wenatchee Municipal Code changing the definition of dangerous
building.
b. Resolution 2022-42 of the City of East Wenatchee, declaring certain property owned
by the City as surplus to the needs of the City – Curtis Lillquist, Community
Development Director. Pg. 60
Motion by the City Council to approve Resolution 2022-42, declaring the property
identified in Exhibit A as surplus to the needs of the City.
c. Resolution 2022-44, authorizing the Mayor to execute an Amended and Restated
Interlocal Agreement between the City of East Wenatchee and the Eastmont School
District for School Resource Officer (SRO) Services beginning in the 2022-2023 school
year – Rick Johnson, Police Chief. Pg. 65
Motion by the City Council to approve Resolution 2022-44, authorizing the Mayor
to execute an Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement between the City of
East Wenatchee and the Eastmont School District for School Resource Officer (SRO)
Services beginning in the 2022-2023 school year.
d. Resolution 2022-45, authorizing the Mayor to execute Administrative Settlements
for Project Parcel Numbers 5 and 6 on the Sterling Safe Routes to School project.
