REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONVENED

ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Aiken, Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember Johnson,
Councilmember Buckner, and Mayor Pro-Tem DeWitt.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Johnson, second by Councilmember Aiken to
excuse Councilmember McCourt from this Council meeting. The motion carried, 5-0.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Aiken, second by Councilmember Johnson to
excuse Councilmember Raab from this Council meeting. The motion carried, 5-0.
Staff Present: Dana Barnard, Linda Countryman, Lori Barnett, Randy Harrison, and Devin Poulson.

1. Consideration of Minutes — Regular Session, July 11, 2006
2. Consideration of Bills
Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080 and those expense
reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090 have been recorded on a listing that has
been made available to Council.
As of this date, July 25, 2006, Council does approve warrant numbers 17575 through 17628 in the total
amount of $373,705.72. Warrant number 17586 was voided.
Council does approve payroll warrant numbers 24311 through 24410, in the total amount of $231,389.33,
paid July 3, 2006, for the month of June 2006.
Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Hendricks, second by Councilmember Johnson
to approve the consent calendar presented. The motion carried, 5-0.
ORDINANCE
06-07-04 Second reading of an ordinance adding and amending portions of Title 1, Title 6, and Title 9
of the East Wenatchee Municipal Code, incorporating by reference, sections of the
Revised Code of Washington pertaining to criminal offenses and civil infractions.
Mayor Pro -Tern DeWitt read the ordinance summary.

JULY 25, 2006
Councilmember Hendricks submitted a report which included a summary of the Solid Waste Advisory
Meeting, and the Council of Governments Meeting.
The Wenatchee Valley Humane Society submitted a 2°d quarter report for 2006.
