LACY PRESIDING JULY 27, 2004 6:30 P.M. ROLL CALL Councilmembers Present: Councilmember DeWitt, Councilmember Hendricks, Councilmember Aiken, Councilmember Buckner, Councilmember McCourt, Councilmember Bremmer, and Mayor Lacy. Councilmember Raab was excused. Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Aiken, second by Councilmember DeWitt to excuse Council Raab from this meeting. The motion carried 6-0. Staff Present: Dana Barnard, Randy Harrison, Bob Goodman, Lori Barnett, Teresa Allen, and Bruce Nash. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE MAYOR'S REPORT Mayor Lacy said he had received a letter from the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce. The letter requests the City designate a representative to be a member of a liaison group. The liaison members would attend board meetings or submit information for the board to consider. The goal is to give different groups and governments in the community a better understanding of what the Chamber's goals and activities are. CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Consideration of minutes -- Regular Session, July 13, 2004 2. Consideration of Bills — Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing that has been made available to Council. Council Action: A motion was made by Councilmember McCourt, second by Councilmember Buckner to approve the consent calendar as presented. The motion carried, 6-0. As of this date July 27, 2004, Council does approve warrant numbers 14759 through 14814 in the total amount of $130,422.77. Warrant number 14780 was voided.
