The regular scheduled, December 15, 2020 Council Meeting has been canceled.
On March 24, 2020, the Governor issued Proclamation 20-28.9 (Open Public Meeting Act) to among other things,
temporarily prohibit in-person public attendance at meetings subject to the OPMA. This proclamation is in effect from
March 24, 2020 through midnight December 7, 2020, unless extended beyond that date.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting,
please contact the City Clerk at (509) 886-6103 (TTY 711). Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City
to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting (28 CFR 35.102-35.104 ADA Title 1.)
