On March 24, 2020, the Governor issued Proclamation 20-28.9 (Open Public
Meeting Act) to among other things, temporarily prohibit in-person public
attendance at meetings subject to the OPMA. This proclamation is in effect from
March 24, 2020 through midnight November 9, 2020, unless extended beyond that
date.

during the public hearing must contact the City Clerk on 11/03/2020 before 5:00
p.m., to make arrangements to speak during the live Zoom public hearing at 509-
886-6103.

p.m., on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. All comments received will be distributed to
the Mayor & Council.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance

711). Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make
reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting (28 CFR 35.102-
