Chris Gerber, Notary Public, Chelan County, Washington My commission expires: March 07, 2022 00002646 00090800 Amber Schulz CITY OF EAST WENATCHEE 271 9TH ST EAST WENATCHEE, WA 98802 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the East Wenatchee Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on June 9, 2020 to consider the proposed 2021-2026 Six - Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the City. The TIP identifies road improvement projects for public streets that are planned for the next six years. The meeting starts at 5:30 PM and will be held in the Council Chambers at East Wenatchee City Hall, 271 9th St. NE, East Wenatchee, WA. The public hearing will be part of the meeting agenda and will begin after the meeting has convened. All written comments must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the date of the hearing to Lori Barnett, East Wenatchee Community Development Department, 271 9th Street NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Faxed or emailed comments will also be considered: Fax 509.884.6233, email Ibarnett@eastwenatcheewa.gov. The proposed documents may be reviewed on the City's web site on the Community Development Department page at www.east-wenatchee.com. To request copies in an alternate format, contact Marcia Martz at (509) 884-5396. The City encourages all persons to participate in the hearing and provide written or oral comments for consideration by the Planning Commission. Due to COVID-19 health concerns, Planning Commission meetings and hearings are being held remotely, to include remote submission of public comments or testimony via a format available on the City's website and/or a telephone conferencing option.
