STATE OF WASHINGTON) SS NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE
COUNTY OF CHELAN) Rock Island Mini Storage Building Permit Application
In accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.21c and WAC 197-11, notice is hereby
given that on March 12th, 2019; the East Wenatchee Community Development
Department did issue a DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE relative to the
environmental impact of the proposal described below:
The Wenatchee World is a legal newspaper
published in the Chelan County, Washington, and
approved as such by the Superior Court of said
County and State. Serving the counties of Chelan,
Douglas, Grant & Okanogan.
That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated
on those dates.

Description of proposal: Application for a building permit to develop a professional
services/office building, coffee stand, mini -storage facility, and marijuana processing
facility. The project is phased with the professional services/office building planned
for Phase 1, and other listed uses planned for Phase 2. A boundary line adjustment
permit is currently in review regarding the three subject parcels. Two single-family
residences are existing and will have an individual parcel attributed to each as a
result of this boundary line adjustment. The third parcel is proposed to contain the
above listed uses. This subject parcel is proposed to be approximately 2.81 acres.
The properties are located in the General Commercial (G-C) zoning district. Access
will be made from two driveway entrances, one on 3rd Street SE and one
emergency access on Rock Island Road. One new fire hydrant will be provided
onsite. Utilities will be provided by their respective special district.

98802, within Douglas County, Washington. A portion of Lot 18 of the EWLC 14-22-
20, and a portion of the Hayden Sub. Div. & Co. Rd. of Section 14, Township 22 N,
Range 20, EWMC, also referred to as Assessor Parcel No. 40300001801,
40300001802,& 40300001804.
The city of East Wenatchee as lead agency for this proposal has determined that the
proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An
environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required, under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(C).
This decision was made following review of a completed environmental checklist and
other information on file with the lead agency.

East Wenatchee, Washington during regular business hours. Comments on this
