Serving the counties of Chelan, Douglas, Grant & Okanogan. That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated on those dates. The property is approximately 3.69 acres in area and located in the Residential Medium Density (R-M) zoning district. The property is currently undeveloped. Access will be made from two driveway entrances on 14th Street NE. The site will be improved with 135 parking stalls, landscaping, open space, and an on -site stormwater system. Two new fire hydrants will be provided along 14th Street NE. No critical areas are located within the project boundaries. All utilities will be provided by their respective special district. Proponent: Chase Cooper / 50 14th St LLC, P.O. Box 2952, Wenatchee, WA 98807 Location of proposal: 50 14th Street NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802, within Douglas County, Washington. A part of Lot 1 of the Jennings Short Plat No. 2006- 03, of Section 2, Township 22 N, Range 20, EWMC, also referred to as Assessor Parcel No. 07900000045. The city of East Wenatchee as lead agency for this proposal has determined that the proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required, under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(C). This decision was made following review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. Complete information, including all environmental documents, may be reviewed at the East Wenatchee Community Development Department, 271 - 9th Street NE, East Wenatchee, Washington during regular business hours.
