STATE OF WASHINGTON } SS NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE
COUNTY OF CHELAN } 14th Street Townhomes Building Permit Application
In accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.21c and WAC 197-11, notice is hereby
given that on March 12th, 2019, the East Wenatchee Community Development
Department did issue a DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE relative to the
environmental impact of the proposal described below:
The Wenatchee World is a legal newspaper
published in the Chelan County, Washington, and
approved as such by the Superior Court of said
County and State. Serving the counties of Chelan,
Douglas, Grant & Okanogan.
That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated
on those dates.

Description of proposal: Application for a building permit for construction of 50 multi-
family dwelling units consisting of five ten-plexes of three-story three -bedroom
townhomes. The property is approximately 3.69 acres in area and located in the
Residential Medium Density (R-M) zoning district. The property is currently
undeveloped. Access will be made from two driveway entrances on 14th Street NE.
The site will be improved with 135 parking stalls, landscaping, open space, and an
on -site stormwater system. Two new fire hydrants will be provided along 14th Street
NE. No critical areas are located within the project boundaries. All utilities will be
provided by their respective special district.
Proponent: Chase Cooper / 50 14th St LLC, P.O. Box 2952, Wenatchee, WA 98807
Location of proposal: 50 14th Street NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802, within
Douglas County, Washington. A part of Lot 1 of the Jennings Short Plat No. 2006-
03, of Section 2, Township 22 N, Range 20, EWMC, also referred to as Assessor
Parcel No. 07900000045.
The city of East Wenatchee as lead agency for this proposal has determined that the
proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An
environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required, under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(C).
This decision was made following review of a completed environmental checklist and
other information on file with the lead agency.

the East Wenatchee Community Development Department, 271 - 9th Street NE,
East Wenatchee, Washington during regular business hours. Comments on this
