2018 meeting. The meeting starts at 6:30 PM and will be held in the Council
Chambers at East Wenatchee City Hall, 271 9th St. NE, East Wenatchee, WA. The
public hearing is part of the meeting agenda and will begin after the meeting has
convened. The subject of the hearing is:
CPA-ZC 2017-01: Re -consideration of an application submitted by Paul Bondo for
Equilus Capital Partners, LLC on behalf of Jennings Trust (property owner)
requesting approval of an amendment to the Greater East Wenatchee Area
Comprehensive Plan (GEWA) land use map and corresponding zoning district
reclassification of a 3.7 acre parcel from Residential Low Density to Residential
Medium Density. The subject property is located at 50 14th St. NE, East Wenatchee,

This is a joint project with Douglas County. The City Council held a public meeting
on January 9, 2018 and January 23, 2018 to review the proposal and consider the
Planning Commission's recommendation of approval. No formal action was taken on
the proposal as the motion for approval failed due to lack of a second and no motion
was made for denial. The purpose of the hearing will be for the Council to adopt
written findings of fact and conclusions to support a decision relative to the proposal.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing, at the date, time,
and location noted above, and to provide written and/or oral comments. Written
comment is encouraged as the City Council may limit presentations to three minutes
per speaker to accommodate all persons that wish to enter evidence into the hearing
record.
