THIS MEMORANDUM is made part of the 2011-2013 Labor Agreement between the Employer and . the Union to address the wages of the Associate Engineer position as a bargaining unit position within Appendix "A". IT IS AGREED, by the parties to this agreement that the wages for Brandon Mauseth Associate Engineer will be as listed in the revised 2012 Pay Plan Appendix "A" attached to this document.
