WHEREAS,pursuant to the requirements of Chapters 35.77 and 46.26 RCW,the City Council of the City of East Wenatchee has previously adopted a Comprehensive Street Program,including an arterial street construction program,and thereafter periodically modified said Comprehensive Street Program by resolutions;and WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed the work accomplished under the said program, determined current and future city street and arterial needs,and based upon these findings has prioritized a Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six (6)calendar years;and WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that there will be no significant adverse environmental impacts as a result of adoption or implementation of the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program, NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST WENATCHEE,WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVE,as follows: Section 1.Program Adopted.The Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for the City of East Wenatchee,as revised and extended for the ensuing six (6)calendar years (2004-2010 inclusive),a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth,which program sets forth the project location,type of improvement and the estimated cost thereof,is hereby adopted and approved.
