OF DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE
Trudell Short Plat Permit Application
In accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.21c and WAC 197-11, notice is hereby
given that on December 18, 2018; the East Wenatchee Community Development
Department did issue a DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE relative to the
environmental impact of the proposal described below:
Description of proposal: SP2018-02; Trudell Short Plat; Application for a four -lot
short plat on 1.82 acres. Property previously utilized as an orchard, with no existing
structures. Lot 1 is proposed to be 25,800 sqft., Lot 2 at 17,431 sqft., Lot 3 at 17,944
sqft., and Lot 4 at 18,995 sqft. A Wetland/Riparian critical area with a special
floodway hazard per FIRM is located on the property. A Habitat Management &
Mitigation Plan, and Stormwater Plan was submitted with the application. Public
water and sewer are available. Residential Building Permits will be associated with
the proposal in the future.
Proponent: John Trudell, 2137 Valley View Blvd., East Wenatchee, WA 98802
Location of proposal: 10 19th Street NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802; and is legally
described as a portion of Lot 5 & 6, East Wenatchee Land Company's Plat of
Section 2, Township 22 N, Range 20 E WM, City of East Wenatchee within Douglas
County, Washington. Assessor's Parcel #(s) 400 000 005 07 & 400 000 006 03.
The city of East Wenatchee as lead agency for this proposal has determined that the
proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An
environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required, under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(C).
This decision was made following review of a completed environmental checklist and
other information on file with the lead agency.

East Wenatchee, Washington during regular business hours. Comments on this
