Intent of this change order was to remove oil that was found in one of the two abandoned oil tanks
on site.

Change in Contract Costs: The cost for this Change Order is the cost of KCRI work that exceeded
the scope of BI #3: Removal of Structures and Obstructions, and for A Central subcontracted work
for cutting into and cleaning out the oil from the tank.
Contractor provided Force Account tracking information for work and an invoice from A Central for
subcontracted work.
KCRI work = $149.74
A Central work = $ 3,037.87
12% markup on subcontracted work = $ 364.54
Total cost = $ 3,552.15
