Lake, Ellensburg, Quincy, and Ephrata, and Wenatchee. Those local cities average $415 a month. The
comparison showed that all other cities average $353 a month. East Wenatchee Councilmembers are

Ripkin Sr. Foundation to the Wenatchee Valley. The letter stated that as a result of a previous meeting
and community members interested in bringing these organizations to the Wenatchee Valley an additional
meeting has been set for January 26, 2011, at the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) to continue this
work in supporting the private sector to do something for the disadvantaged youth in our community.

RE: your Xmas decorated yard in front of the library and
city buildings
We are very much impressed each year by the way you are
decorating the lawn. It outdoes the other displays around
the area and we go by it almost daily, the other side of
the river is not nearly so decorative, and not at all so
noticeable as yours, We have heard other people remark
about how nice ly it is done. Just a thenk you for the
nice job ,,,,,,well done, keep up the good work
