Present at the meeting were Councilmen Art O'Neal, John Wells, John McDougall, Clerk Dorotha McGee and Atty. Wm. Hamilton. The minutes were read and stand approved as read. Motion was seconded by Art O'Neal and passed by an unanimous vote. John Wells reported that Ashland Street is badly in need of repair. Mr. Wells has asked the County Engineer for an estimate for the repair of Ashland Drive. It was suggested that Ashland Street be re -paired instead of S. E. First Street. The matter was tabled until Mr. Wells discussed the matter more thoroughly with the City Engineer and Pr. Sandstrom, Douglas County Engineer. Mayor Lannoye reported on the repair of Plinth Street by Morrill Asphalt Co. John 1,1cDougall reported that the lights still have not been moved on Baker Street. John McDougall made a motion to accept the contradt submitted by the F.U.D. for the Mercury Vapor Street Li€;fits.:, John Wells seconded the motion. Passed by an unanimous vote.
