The regular meeting of the Nast Wenatchee Town Council was called to order
by Mayor Forrest Lannoye. Present were Councilmen Si Neher, Ray Haase, Art
OtNeal, Harry Patrick and Clerk Dorotha McGee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and stand approved as read.
The bills were presented to the Council as follows:

Art O'Neal made a motion to pay the bills; motion seconded by Ray Haase and
passed by a unanimous vote.
Si Neher inquired as to any proposed action to be taken regarding the denial
of a permit to R.R. Ellison to park a trailer at 936 No. Main Street. A
general discussion followed.
Art O'Neal reported that three or four trees in the park need to be sprayed.
Harry Patrick reported that he had attended the Technical Committee meeting at
the State Highway Dept, on June 27, 1967. Thennext'ageting will be held on
July 6, 1967 and Si Neher and Harry Patrick plan to attend.
Mayor Lannoye read the application of Mr. Chinn, Bright Moon Restaurant, to
allow go-go dancers to perform at the Bright Moon Restaurant between the hours
of 9:30 p.m, to 1:30 p.m. Art O'Neal spoke opposing granting such permit.
Art O'Neal made a motion to dery the application of Mr. Chinn; motion seconded
by Si Neher and passed by a majority vote. Ray Haase voted nay.
Mayor Lannoye requested that the City Attorney draw an ordinance prohibiting
topless dancers or waitressess within the Town of East Wenatchee.
