Present were Councilmen Ed Rich, Doug Hanna, Arnold Stevens; Attorney John Carlson and Clerk Dorotha McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. Inc. 8.11 32.64 653.32 469395.30 the bills; seconded by Ed Ed Rich reported that the Main Street project is 99% completed. Mayor Lannoye presented an application for a Cabaret License, Live music only, for Shakeyts Pizza Parlor. Doug Hanna made a motion to approve said application; seconded by Arnold Stevens and passed unanimously. Mayor Lannoye reported that the Police car is in need of new tires. Arnold Stevens was requested to obtain prices for tires from the Independant dealer and report to the Mayor. The Council members gave unanimous approval for the purchase of 4 new tires for the Police car. Arnold Stevens made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Ed Rich and passed unanimously. 1 Mayo Clerk 1
