Present were Councilmen Art OTNeal, Doug Hanna Cliff Tvedten, Ed Rich; borotha City Attorney John Carlson and Clerk McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were amended as follows: costs for lowering the sewer line on the lot the city proposes to purchase should be paid by the present property owner.
