The regular meeting of the East ;lenatchee City Council was called
to order by Mayor Forrest Lannoye. Present were Councilmen Art
O'Neal, Doug Hanna, Ed Rich; Attorney John Carlson and Marie Walker.
Mayor Lannoye appointed Ed Rich Clerk Pro-Tem.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
