The regular meeting of the East Wenatchee City Council was called to
order by Mayor Forrest Lannoye. Present were Councilmen Ed Rich,
Doug Hanna, Arnold Stevens, Art O'Neal; Attorney Uohn Carlson and
Clerk Dorotha McGee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
The bills were presented to the Council as follows:
Current Expense warrants nos. 3942 - 3943
Bagdonts Supply 18.59
Charles Kay Walker 288.92
Arnold Stevens made a motion to pay the bills; seconded by Art O'Neal
and passed unanimously.
Ed Rich reported interviews are being held with Engineering firms
for work on the Baker Street project.
Mayor Lannoye reported that the Urban Arterial Board has awarded
the City $450,000.0O for the Baker Street project.
Doug Hanna reported a street light had been repaired on taker street.
John Carlson presented Ordinance No. 163 to the Mayor and Council.
Ordinance No. 163 relates to the undergroundingg of utilities. td
Rich moved to approve and pass Ordinance No. 163; seconded by Doug
Hanna and passed unanimously.
Joe Carl requested a pay raise for Errol Downs. Art O'Neal made a
motion to increase said salary from $60.00 per month to $665.00 per
month; motion seconded by Arnold Stevens, and passed unanimously.

Resolution no. 1029 was presented to the Council. Ed Rich moved to
pass said resolution; seconded by Arnold Stevens and passed unanimously.
Resolution no. 1030 was presented to the Council. Ed Rich moved to
pass said resolution; seconded by Doug Hanna and passed unanimously.
Resolution no. 1031 was presented to the Council. Arnold Stevens moved
to pass said resolution; seconded by Doug Hanna and passed unanimously.
Resolution no. 1032 was presented to the Council. Ed Rich moved to
pass daid resolution; seconded by Arnold Stevens and passed unanimously.
Resolution No. 1033 was presented to the Council. Arnold Stevens moved
to pass said resolution; seconded by Ed Rich and passed unanimously.
All resolutions passed were regarding the funding of the Baker Street
Project,
Doug Hanna moved to adjourn; seconded by Ed Rich and passed unanimously.
