Present were Councilmen Art O'Neal, Ed Rich, Doug Hanna, Cliff Tvedten; Attorney John Carlson and Clerk Dorotha McGee. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. Sheriff Bill Williams and Undersherif£ Joe Merz attended the meeting. The Mayor, City Council, City Attorney and Sheriff Williams discussed the services and cooperation between the City Police Dept. and the Sheriffs Office. Sheriff Williams stated that he wished to reserve the right to decide what the County services to the City are worth „ or cost. Mayor Lannoye stated that Ballard Ambulance has requested an ordinance regarding ambulance service in the City. John Carlson will prepare this ordinance. Charles Walker presented his resignation to the Mayor and Council. Said resignation to be effective July 12, 1971. After a discussion Art O'Neal made a motion to accept the resignation; motion was not passed for lack of a second. Cliff Tvedten made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Doug Hanna and passed unanimously. f ayor C er
